THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Would you like to join us?
Learn about our hiring process and give yourself the best chance of joining our company. http://candidature@blachere-illumination.com Before applying, it’s essential to complete certain steps so we can determine whether your technical and interpersonal skills align with the responsibilities of the position.
You have submitted an unsolicited application or applied to one or more job openings posted on our website, a specialized job site, or directly via email to candidature@blachere-illumination.com. We are committed to responding to you within 5 weeks.
Your profile has been selected! We will contact you to schedule an initial phone conversation with our HR Manager to learn more about you and your motivation for the position.
You are invited to an initial interview—preferably at our offices or via video conference—to meet with the operational manager(s) and discuss the position.
You are invited to a second interview to assess what you have taken away from our previous discussions and to allow both the company and the candidate to envision a future together.
Final decision: You will be contacted by email if the final decision is negative; each candidate will be provided with the reasons for the rejection. If the final decision is positive, you will be contacted by phone so that we can work together to determine the next steps: onboarding.
YOUR INTEGRATION JOURNEY
At Blachere Illumination, we take care of your onboarding! We offer a comprehensive, customized onboarding program for every new hire—whether they’re an intern, an apprentice, or an employee. Learn more about the quality of life at work at Blachere Illumination.
During your first week, your manager will have put together a week-long immersion program for you across all our departments: metalwork, wiring, logistics, and support services. You’ll even leave with your own little decoration.
Of course, you'll meet with senior management, because it's important to understand who runs our company and to know who we're working with.
During your onboarding, you’ll never be on your own. You can count on your managers, your colleagues, and our HR department to support you as you learn the ropes. The HR department conducts a mid-probationary-period review, and a final evaluation is conducted with your operations manager at the end of the probationary period.

STUDENTS & WORK-STUDY PROGRAMS
In our workshops, as well as in our offices, we are strongly committed to work-study programs and internships, which allow you to discover our professions, gain training, and build your career. And sometimes, even to stay on and advance! Whether it’s an introductory internship for middle or high school students, or for those pursuing a CAP, BTS, bachelor’s, or master’s degree, we regularly offer internship and apprenticeship opportunities.
So if you'd like to get a behind-the-scenes look at Christmas, join us!
