Subsidiary management controller

Finance Service

Reporting to the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, the Subsidiaries Management Controller (F/H) is responsible for monitoring the financial performance of French and foreign subsidiaries.

This position requires travel abroad (Europe, Americas, Middle East…) (maximum 25% of the time).

Your missions

Ensure the quality and consistency of financial data transmitted by subsidiaries (management reporting, KPIs, cash flow forecasts, budget, various analyses),
Coordinate and support entities during the budget process and understand the construction assumptions by ensuring their consistency,
Participation in the steering of the activity and decision-making, by monitoring and analysing performance indicators,
Participate in the development of the subsidiaries’ management culture, and in particular the cash culture through the animation of cash forecasts,
Checking and advising subsidiaries on the proper application of Group rules,
Move to the subsidiaries to audit the processes, ensure the reliability of financial information transmitted and provide operational and methodological support,
Be a source of improvement proposals, both on internal processes, tools, information systems and business or organizational issues,
Carry out any study, analysis at the request of its hierarchy in order to inform the General Management or the Country Directorates.

Your profil

Higher education (business school or equivalent), you have at least 5 years of successful first experience in management control.
You speak fluent English and Spanish.
You are familiar with Excel, BI/Reporting tools and the operation of ERPs (type JDE, SAP, Navision).
Proactive, curious, you have excellent communication and listening skills.
Methodical and rigorous, autonomous, you know how to work in a team and are recognized for your interpersonal skills.
