We are looking for a Communication Director (H/F) in charge of structuring and managing all internal and external communication activities for the Group.

Your missions

Reporting to the International Trade and Marketing Director, as a member of the Steering Committee, and in close liaison with the Development and Trade Director General, the main tasks of the post are:

Definition and implementation of the group’s overall communication strategy,
Supervision and management of operational teams (3 people) and coordination of their activities;
Represent the company Blachere Illumination and embody the brand,
Management and supervision of all the group’s editorial projects (catalogues, print media),
Management and supervision of all digital projects (corpora site, client presentations, social networks,…),
Developing strong relationships with the press, media, partners and all external stakeholders (agencies, freelancers, photographers),
Close collaboration with the sales teams to always better value the product offer,
Management of all projects and their implementation, while managing the related budget,
Monitoring market trends in communication, and adjusting strategy accordingly,
Ownership and evolution of performance indicators;

Your expertise

Having completed a Bac + 5 (or equivalent) in marketing and communication or business school, you have at least 10 years of experience on equivalent missions.
Leadership, ability to motivate and lead a team,
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines, great adaptability,
Sense of creativity, aesthetics, attention to detail, storytelling,
Sense of responsibility, project management and task planning
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.

Issued in the form of a premium.

During your integration, you will never be alone. You can count on your managers, your colleagues and our HR department to support you as you learn the job. The HR department will follow up on half of the trial period, and a balance sheet at the end of the trial period will be done with the operational manager.
